This Shipping Information page explains how shipping works at Atlier Props Store. We keep fees and delivery timelines clear, predictable, and easy to understand.

Atlier Props Store is owned and operated by Platonic Systems LLC.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to United States addresses only, including:

  • All 50 states

  • Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to valid U.S. residential and business addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Cut-Off and Processing Time

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (Pacific Time)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing on the next calendar day.

Handling/Processing Time: 1–3 days (Monday–Sunday)
This is the time needed to verify, pack, and prepare your order for carrier pickup.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email shortly after purchase

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package is handed to the carrier


3. Transit Time and Estimated Delivery Window

Carrier transit time: 3–7 days (Monday–Sunday) after the package ships.

Typical total delivery window: 4–10 days from order placement to delivery.

Delivery times can vary due to:

  • Order time relative to the cut-off

  • Carrier performance

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak seasons and federal holidays


4. Shipping Fees

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.00 per order (standard shipping within the U.S.)

  • No minimum order amount is required.

  • No hidden surcharges. Any applicable charges shown at checkout are final.

Sales tax: We currently do not charge sales tax (0%) on products or shipping, in accordance with applicable U.S. tax regulations.


5. Carriers and Tracking

We ship using reliable national carriers such as USPS or UPS.

A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your delivery status.


6. Exceptions and Special Cases

a) Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We can reship the order after the address is corrected

  • A $5.00 re-shipping fee will apply

b) Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of damage (if applicable)

We will review the issue and work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the carrier investigation.

c) Carrier Delays

Weather events, operational disruptions, and federal holidays may extend delivery times. These delays are outside of our direct control, but we will assist with tracking and carrier inquiries when needed.
