Incomplete or improperly formatted notices may not be processed.

2. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Where applicable, we may notify the party responsible for the material and provide information regarding the counter-notice process.

We generally respond to properly submitted notices within 2–3 business days during normal operating hours.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Central District of California (or, if outside the U.S., consent to that court’s jurisdiction) and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

Unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, Atlier Props Store may suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings, or restrict access to the Site for users determined to be repeat copyright infringers.

5. Misrepresentations (17 U.S.C. §512(f))

Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing—or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification—may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

6. Handling and Recordkeeping

We may share DMCA notices or counter-notices (including contact information) with the affected party to allow them to understand and respond to the claim.

We may retain records of all notices, counter-notices, and related actions for legal, compliance, and operational purposes.
