Returns & Refunds Policy

Atlier Props Store wants you to feel confident when shopping with us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders shipped within the United States, including eligibility rules and timelines.

Atlier Props Store is owned and operated by Platonic Systems LLC.


1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to orders purchased on Atlier Props Store and delivered to a valid address within the United States (all 50 states).


2. Return Request Window

You may request a return or exchange within 20 days of:

  • The delivery date (for shipped orders)

Requests submitted after 20 days are not eligible.


3. Return Eligibility

A) Returns for Non-Defective Items

We accept returns for non-defective items if all conditions are met:

  • Item is new, unused, and unwashed (if applicable)

  • Item is unassembled (if applicable)

  • Returned in original packaging, including all parts, manuals, inserts, and accessories

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, order number, or receipt)

If an item cannot be resold as new due to condition or missing packaging/components, we may decline the return.

B) Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the product and packaging so we can verify the issue.

C) Non-Returnable Items

The following are not returnable unless defective or we shipped the wrong item:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Special-order items

  • Gift cards


4. How to Start a Return (Mail Returns)

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • A brief reason for the return

    • Photos (required for damage/defect claims)

  2. If approved, we will email you return instructions and a prepaid return label (when applicable).

  3. Pack items securely, attach the label, and drop off with the carrier listed on the label.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items and follow the same initiation process.

  • Exchange items for non-defective reasons must be new/unused and in original packaging.

  • If the replacement item costs more, you will pay the difference.

  • If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.


6. Refunds

Inspection Timeline

Once your return is delivered to us, we inspect it within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong item) or verified damage/defect.


7. Important Notes

  • Carrier delays, weather disruptions, and holiday slowdowns are not grounds for a refund unless the product arrives damaged or is lost and confirmed by the carrier process.

  • Items returned in a condition that does not meet eligibility requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.
